6 bottle reversible pulp divider tray will mould perfectly to your bottles separating them during transit. This tray is reversible in the sense both sides have been cleverly moulded to hold 6 x bottles of wine. One divider tray can be placed into your bespoke outer to separate the bottles from one another or, using two to encase your bottle inside, will increase the level of protection. Designed specifically for wine distributors, these dividers stack on top of one another, taking up little space in your packing area. Made from 100% recycled paper pulp, which is combined with water and then moulded using wet pressing technology. The moulded pulp is then heated to give it strength and rigidity. It is a cost effective and environmentally friendly material to introduce to your packing station.
