At WBC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WBC account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip will be sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box, include the return authorization slip inside, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
